Description
Annelisa Vallery has facilitated Sound Bath Healings for three years. A Sound Bath Healing happens when sacred instruments in the shape of bowls attuned to the energetic centers of the body, known as chakras, are stroked gently on the rim with a soft mallet. Like singing bowls, when struck or stroked, a beautiful tone emanates from them, allowing the physical body to release tension, clear past trauma, and restore life energy.
Annelisa experienced her first Sound Bath Healing by invitation from a friend. She was open to the experience, aware that energy shifts in many ways, and that sound vibration is simply one of them. The healing experience she underwent was so profound that it aided in clearing her nervous system, released her anxiety, and brought her a renewed sense of self.
Because of her own personal experience with Sound Bath Healing throughout the years, she decided to incorporate it into workshops she conducted for children. As an extension of working with these young people, upon request from their parents, she began facilitating sessions and workshops in this healing modality for adults too.
Annelisa’s Sound Baths can be private one-on-one sessions, or conducted in a group setting – on-line or live. Along with drawing from the bowls their unique resonate, healing sounds, she also uses drums, rattles (shakers) and her voice to create a vibration that allows the participant to go deep within where energy is shifted and released, and where integration of body, mind and spirit can take place. Her sessions are a joyful and peaceful experiential journey that will shift how you perceive the world and yourself in a loving way!
