Sylvia Adler is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, has been involved in the Nutrition arena for 15 years.
She has been passionate about educating and empowering people to achieve better health and an improved sense of wellbeing by adopting small and easy to implement lifestyle changes.
She helps her clients to identify strategies that are in line with their own values, so that the changes they choose will be long-lasting, and effective, helping them regain a sense of wellbeing and good health.
As a Certified Breath Coach, Sylvia’s main objective is to teach everyone she comes in contact with about the importance of proper breathing, as Breathing is, unequivocally, The Single Most IMPORTANT thing we do, every single day…. How we breathe affects every single one of our trillions of cells!
With millions of people suffering with high levels of stress and anxiety, developing a daily Breathwork routine is paramount for helping manage blood pressure issues, insomnia, tension headaches, etc…!
Sylvia offers Individual Coaching, as well as Group Coaching, through a 6-month program.
