Hello, I am here to share with you about the wonderful world of energy healing! As a reiki master and sound alchemist, I am dedicated to helping you find joy and balance as you walk your path.
My approach to energy healing is centered around you as an individual. I utilize both reiki and sound healing modalities, combining them to create a unique and personalized experience for each person. With my reiki training in both Holy Fire and Tibetan traditions, I am adept at balancing the energy system of your body, working with your chakras and energy centers.
In addition to reiki, I also incorporate quantum healing methods into my practice. Quantum healing recognizes the interconnectedness of all things and uses this understanding to promote healing on a deep, cellular level.
Sound healing is another powerful tool I use in my practice. Through the use of singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments, I am able to enhance your body’s innate ability to heal itself. The vibrations and resonance of the sound harmonize with the energy centers in your body, promoting balance and relaxation. Sound alchemy and Reiki can be combined or separate depending in the needs of each client.

A family member led me to Karen’s Sound Bath when I needed peace and love in my life. I was nervous, not knowing what to expect but Karen delicately explained the sound bath step by step as well as the emotions that may surface. From the first glide of the mallet along the rim of the sound bowl, my journey began. The bowls instantly played to my heart and brought me peace and self-love. My journey did not stop there! I sat 1:1 with Karen for Reiki sessions and unearthed and began to heal the carnage of a deep-rooted religious belief system that was not serving me. I have attended many of Karen’s workshops and each time, I am enlightened and amazed by the community who come together to do life and leave nourished by the energy in the container she so graciously holds. My journey has revealed many changes that I needed to make in my life and Karen has supported my journey with her teachings and wisdom every step of the way.
